Group workshops provide
the participants with the opportunity to explore together
issues of common interest. Facilitated by an FPG coaching
expert, the participants are guided through a highly
participative, powerful process of exploring possibilities,
clarifying desired outcomes, reviewing current reality,
identifying the gaps and obstacles to success and establishing
effective action plans to move forward. Designed around
a proven 7-step coaching model, participants take ownership
of the process. Unlike traditional training, people
are held accountable for the outcomes and actions agreed.
Group workshops are often supported
by one-to-one coaching follow-up. This ensures commitments
are met and learnings are fully integrated for genuine,
sustainable results.
