the first stage of the process is for us to understand
the specific outcomes you, the individual, the team
or the organisation would like to derive from the coaching
programme. It is important for us to clarify what success
looks like for you at the outset. We can then design
the most appropriate coaching framework to help you
achieve the results you seek.
At this stage we simply ask
you to complete a quick, straightforward questionnaire.
Your responses then provide valuable context and a general
overview of key issues and the outcomes sought from
the coaching programme. We can discuss this with you
in more detail before proposing an appropriate programme
and recommending specific content, format, timing and
highlight key areas for consideration.
