Once the decision has been
made to proceed with One-to-One Coaching, the first stage
of the process is for the person to be coached to complete
an Initial Coaching Questionnaire.
The responses to this questionnaire
provide us with a general overview of the issues facing
the individual and the outcomes they would like to achieve
from the coaching programme. These completed questionnaires
enable us to partner each person with the Coach we believe
to be the best match for them, thereby ensuring a 'chemistry
fit' and enhancing synergy from the outset.
Where appropriate, we also request
that a company representative, (a Senior Colleague,
Line Manager or HR specialist) also completes a pre-coaching
questionnaire on the individual's behalf. This allows
us to gain a clearer perspective of the outcomes the
organisation would like the individual to derive from
the coaching interaction.
The timing, location and frequency
of the coaching sessions is then finalised between the
individual and their Coach and coaching commences accordingly.
